Last year we got to work with Viking Construction on a new Minit Stop convenient store in Lahaina, Maui. We installed a new Firestone Fully adhered TPO roof system including Dens Deck Prime and R-19 ridgid PolyISO insulation.

From what we have seen over the last decade or so is that TPO a great fit for Flat roofs in Hawaii, they stand up to the weather, are highly reflective, durable, and look great. Many TPO manufacturers offer great No Dollar Limit (NDL ) warranties that cover both the material and the labor if the roof should fail while under the designated warranty, if installed by an approved roofing contractor, which gives owners peace of mind.
